Neo Setup
WelderI am a welder by trade, but my hobbies are working on cars and building gaming PCs and gaming PC setups. I would best describe the vibe of my desk setups as retro futuristic, clean, and comfy. My inspiration and goal when building my setup is to have a clean, simple look without overdoing it. The item I like the most on my setup is the PC itself, and honestly the headphones—the fact that I went all Corsair for my PC and added the wireless Corsair Virtuoso XT RGB headphones really added to the overall look of my setup. For me, the fact that it links to Corsair's iCUE just put it over the top.

I've been interested in the corner setup since I had to work from home due to the COVID pandemic. The setup keeps me inspired for a long time to work. I want to be comfortable when I turn on my computer and start my work. It inspires me and helps me relax. I like my Space65 mechanical keyboard the most because I spent a lot of time buying it, and even more time lubing the switch, straightening the stab bar, and choosing a suitable keycap set. I love the squeaks when typing on this keyboard.

I spend my days cooking in the morning, spending time with the family and our beautiful Himmy cat named Lulu. I am also a vocalist of a rock and roll band, but we no longer play as frequently as before. I spend time with our other musically-inclined friends and chill outdoors on weekends. My desk setup can be described as organized, clean, and most importantly—functional. I strive to create a clean, clutter-free workspace that promotes focus and productivity. I can quickly locate and access my tools and resources with everything in its designated place. My inspiration would definitely be the concept of minimalism. Although I have plans of upgrading my table, my ultimate goal is to create a dual-toned approach of black and walnut, a visually pleasing and functional workspace that allows me to work with ease and maintain a sense of calm throughout the day. Aside from the major ones being the monitor and the laptop itself, I am very fond of the "hockey puck" inspired wireless controls of both my Xiaomi light bar and the Logitech Z407 speakers. It just makes things even cleaner, easily configurable, and minimalist.

I work from home a couple of days a week and during evenings and weekends, enjoying some daddy-daughter or uncle time in the office for gaming. I've tried to keep my desk setup minimal and clutter-free with as few wires visible as possible. The idea is simple — if I don't use it at least once a month, it shouldn't be in the office; if I don't use it at least once every two weeks, it shouldn't be visible on pegboards, etc. Also, I don’t buy everything new — one out of five items is new, and the rest are refurbished, on sale, or free collections from clearouts. My inspiration and goal when building my setup is to make it practical and easy to access, know where everything is, and to hold multiple people gaming at the same time, all while being a comfortable workspace. I love the pegboards, but to be honest, my favorite items are the Logitech K780 keyboard and Master MX mouse; those two are my buy-every-time items because they are my most loved and most used gear.

My goal is to design a space that reflects my personal style and preferences. I aim to create a harmonious balance between functionality and visual appeal, incorporating elements such as an ergonomic chair, effective cable management, and ample storage solutions. Ultimately, my inspiration and goal revolve around creating a workspace that motivates and enables me to work and play at my best. The item I like the most on my setup is my customized Zuoya GMK67 Mechanical Keyboard because I love the feel and the sound it makes whenever I use it.

My main inspiration and goal when building my setup is to focus on the PC while also keeping the overall setup clean. The item I like the most in my setup is the PC because a lot of effort went into it, as with all my work.

I am a casual gamer who plays games like GTA V, Minecraft, and Forza. The RGB of my desk setup gives me mental peace. When I decided to build this PC, I thought that I would build a custom water cooling PC, but it is very hard and I am a beginner in this line. However, I will definitely build one in the future. The item I like the most in my setup is the wall panel.

I like all of the Asus ROG items on my setup the most because since I was a child, I have always loved Asus ROG for its performance, design, and features. Currently, I have four Asus ROG products: B550 Wifi, RTX 3060, ROG Strix G15, and ROG Go 2.4 Wireless.
