Drop Halo Trues
The Drop Halo True switches are tactile mechanical switches designed in collaboration with Input Club and Drop, aimed at providing a premium typing experience. Unlike sharper tactiles such as Cherry MX Browns, the Halo True features a smooth, rounded bump with higher actuation force, giving more resistance at the top of the keystroke. This makes them excellent for typists who want feedback without an overly harsh snap.
They use a 60g actuation force and a heavier 100g bottom-out force, encouraging lighter keypresses while reducing accidental bottoming out. Built with a Halo stem and housed in a transparent body with a gold-plated spring, the Halo True switches are compatible with MX-style keycaps and designed for durability.
